employing variety of indicators and
identifying leaders and outsiders. Based on
analysis of dynamics of the innovation

The entering of trends of GDP (GRP) growth
rate, salary rate and inflation to the zone of
stagflation is discovered on the base of study of
the system “real economy (production) – market
environment – society” in Russia and Chelyabinsk
region. These trends provoke new risks for social
and economic development. The criteria characterizing
the occurrence of conditions to economic
instability with attributes of stagflation is
formulated. The list of new social and economic
risks in stagflation conditions is presented; and
the problems of compromise priorities in regional

«DIGITALIZING» MARXIST
PHILOSOPHY – A NEW
METHOD FOR CLEAR
UNDERSTANDING
DESTRUCTIVE ESSENCE OF
MARXIZM
(a Discrete Mathematical
Model of a Formal-Axiological
Aspect of the Marxist
Political-Economy Ideal and of
an Equivalence of This Ideal to
Self-Extermination of Socium)
Annotation
For the first time in the world logic-and-philosophy
literature and in the political-economy
one, the present paper submits strict proving
a theorem of formal-axiological equivalence
of the following moral-evaluation-functions:
the first – “socium’s self-extermination”; the
second – “socium’s extermination of private-ownership-of-means-of-production-ofmeans-of-socium’s existence”. This proving is
implemented by means of using the method
of “computing” evaluation-tables in two-valued
algebraic system of formal axiology. The
second moral-evaluation-function is considered
(and “computed”) as a composition of
corresponding moral-evaluation-functions
(“extermination”, “private”, “ownership”,
etc.), precise definitions of which are given
by the tabular method. In the two-valued
algebraic system of formal axiology a binary
relation of formal-axiological equivalence
among the evaluation-functions is defined
precisely. Therefore in relation to the purely
mathematical technique the submitted strict
proof is very simple. Nevertheless in relation
to conceptual-linguistic, psychological, and
applied socio-political relations the proof is
non-trivial and strategically important one for
both the socium and the power.
Key concepts:
algebra-of-formal-axiology; Marx;
extermination; private-ownership-of-meansof-production-of-means-of-life;
self-extermination.

SHALL WE STUDY
CREATIONISM, OR
SOME REMARKS ON THE
WESTERN EXPERIENCE.
PART I
Annotation
Recently, there have been heard cautious
offers to introduce the teaching of ideas
of Genesis into school curricula to let pupils
get training in critical thinking. The analysis
of this proposal starts from specification of
meanings of “faith”, “belief” and “knowledge”.
Then the author suggests a review
of logical relations between the concepts
of faith and knowledge and shows that
all possible variants have real conceptual
equivalents in modern culture. So, this case
and the rise of religious fundamentalism
put under question the Enlightenment’s
expectancies that religious outlook will pass
away under the influence of scientific and
technological progress.
